BWAA BOOKING PROCEDURES – EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
❖ The BWAA is acting as your agent in making a booking. This is so you benefit from the 33% discount we receive as a member sport of Wheelpower.
❖ Bookings open one month before the training weekend.
❖ Bookings must be made on the booking form found on the website.
❖ The cut-off date is 15 days before the first day of the weekend. Bookings or changes cannot be made after this date.
❖ In making the booking you accept responsibility to pay any cancellation charges. Currently 100% after the 15 day period.
