New policy for training weekend bookings

We are having to introduce a new policy for our training weekends.
As from the January Camp we are introducing cut-off dates of ten days in advance for bookings or amendments to bookings.
Late changes have caused issues for the accommodation and catering services. Therefore, all bookings/changes for January have to be done by the 6th.
So if you intend to come and haven’t yet booked you need to ensure you have done so by then. This includes any day bookings for Saturday too.
We hope you understand the reasons why we are having to do this.
