As you may be aware, before Christmas we had to introduce a cut-off date for bookings in response to new terms and conditions imposed by Stoke Mandeville Stadium. We have now received the full document and if we cancel a booking for meals or accommodation after 14 days in advance, it attracts a 100% cancellation fee! If a booking is cancelled after we send it in, it still has to be paid for.
I’m sure you all realise we run on a not for profit basis and our sources of income are very limited. As from next month if you cancel after we send the bookings in, then you are responsible for paying the cancellation fee. We can add to a booking or change a name without charge, so if someone else wants to come then we will swap the name over.
There is a now a new booking form which is obtainable by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by downloading the one below. All current members would have been emailed the booking form separately. Please use it make bookings from now on. It is a Word document; so just type in the details, change the file name and send it directly to Pauline.
